IUTA LICENSE: The organizer of this event will not accept any participant that is not an associate IUTA member (athletes
without a
permanent license). To obtain it please contact the secretary of the IUTA, Mr. Jean-Pierre Morin, his e-mail is
jpmorin65@hotmail.com. See in the IUTA web site: www.iutasport.com  the document regarding how to obtain the IUTA
license. 
MEDICAL REQUIREMENTS
MEDICAL PROOF: Fill out the attached documents (page 16 and 17 of this document) and return it to the organizers before
the 10th of August 2008.
HAEMATOCRITE CONTROL: All athletes participating should bring their medical certificate regarding their health status,
signed and stamped by an official medical doctor or an official medical institution. Every athlete must bring his
own hematocrite test report, made no more than 7 days before the event and give it to the organizers. This test has been
done by an official medical doctor or an official medical institution. The official race laboratory will make the hematocrite test
with all the athletes 24 hours before the start of the event. The result of the hematocrite test has to be sent in electronically
form to the IUTA. In case the athlete fails to present the medical certificate and has to undergo hematocrite test, he/she may
undergo at his/her own expenses the medical check-up conducted by medical doctors responsible in the race.
MEDICAL SERVICE AND INSURANCE: No athlete may be allowed to participate in the race without presenting evidence
of medical approval (local or home country). The doctor in charge in the race has the right to pull out an athlete from the
race for medical reasons. The first aid assistance will be provided on site, free of charge. All Athletes participating in the
championship must have health insurance valid in Mexico and we recommend that their support crew also have health
insurance. The insurance must cover all medical assistance expenses in case of illness, accident or personal injury during
your stay in Mexico. The insurance should also cover the same happenings during the race. You may arrange the insurance
at your home (country) 
ANTI DOPING CONTROL: According to the IUTA regulations (www.iutasport.com), the first general place, men and
women, and at least one competitor chosen at random by the official doctor, will be subject to an Anti Doping Test after the
race or during the race 
 
SERVICES BEFORE AND DURING THE RACE
TRAVEL TO THE COMPETITION
Monterrey has an International airport. You can arrive from any Country through Dallas, Houston, Chicago, Atlanta, Los
Angeles etc. in USA and Mexico City, or from any state of Mexico, please check it with your travel agency and if you have
any question please let me know. 
WE NEED TO KNOW YOUR ARRIVAL DATE AND FLIGHT NUMMBER TO PICK YOU UP AT THE AIRPORT, WITHOUT
CHARGE. In the case that you want to come on your own the taxi fare from the airport is of $250 pesos (around $ 23 US
Dollars) for 4 persons, the taxi fare for a Suburban (8 people car) is of $550 pesos (or $50 US Dollars). It will take you about
30 min to get from the airport to the hotel or sport Villages. 
PROGRAM AND TRANSPORTATION BEFORE, DURING AND AFTER THE RACE
November 14th 2008 at 12:00 p.m.
OPEN CEREMONY: The organization will provide transportation from the Sport Village to the President Intercontinental
Hotel, November 14th 2008 at 12:00 p.m., after the presentation of the athletes finish will offer an international buffet to all
the competitors, (a charge of $ 25 US Dollars for additional person should be paid in advance), at 3:30 p.m. the
transportation will take everybody to visit the swimming pool and after we go back to the sport village; You may install your
tent with all your belongings on Saturday, we will have police's security 24 hours every day. (The buffet include white wine,
coca cola, coffee and water, any other drink you want, you should pay for)
